Quick Stop Baby Shop is a retail outlet that specialises in new and nearly new baby toys and accessories. Our shop is based in Harlow. Our shop items can also be found on our Facebook page which has a massive following (search Harlow Quick Stop Baby Shop). The Facebook page is constantly being up dated daily as new stock arrives.

Stock can always be reserved by contacting us in advance via Facebook , phone or email and picked up in either the shop or either of our market stalls. I can also deliver locally for a small charge or post for cost.

All our nearly new products are meticulously sanitized and closely inspected to ensure your baby’s safety. Our brand new stock comes in it’s original box and packaging. Please note: stock changes very quickly so contact us to see if we have what you want!

As a parent with a youngster that was growing up fast, I realised that I was left with many toys and various accessories that either did not get used or were used very little. They were too good to just throw away and that some friends asked if they could buy them. This was the start of a business plan that could work to the benefit of all concerned.

The then MP, Robert Halfon opening Quick Stop Baby Shop

Initially, I sold by word of mouth but quickly realised that there was a large demand that I could not meet. At this point I made a decision to actively search out items people were asking for.

This was quickly snowballing and every vacant space in our house was being used. Despite my daughter I was able to combine my home needs with the now flourishing business. My interest in everything to do with babies helped the business and still does today.

As my daughter grew up I was able to try local markets to test my business plan which would eventually lead me to open a shop locally. Several years later, we have moved forward to the present day premises happily serving the local area.

Today my Facebook Group continues to grow and my passion is still as high as it was when I first started. We have now started to introduce new toys and baby accessories at very reasonable prices. I understand that with a young family time is of the essence and that getting about can be demanding so by ordering by phone, text or Facebook you can arrange to pick up items locally and at a time to suit you!

All of the above has been made possible with massive help from my husband, family and close friends and Mum& Dad…. especially my Mum….Thanks Mum!!!
